North Collier continues to grow, and our fire district must be prepared to grow with it. I will focus on long-term planning, strategic investments, and responsible infrastructure to ensure response times remain fast and our district remains one of the premier fire rescue agencies in Florida.

PROTECT TAXPAYER DOLLARS
North Collier Fire Rescue manages a budget of more than $70 million. I believe every taxpayer dollar should be spent wisely, transparently, and with accountability. My commitment is to make fiscally responsible decisions that protect both our financial future and our outstanding emergency services.

SUPPORT OUR FIRST RESPONDERS
Our firefighters and paramedics put their lives on the line every day to protect our families, homes, and businesses. As Fire Commissioner, I will ensure they have the equipment, training, staffing, and leadership they need to continue providing the exceptional service our community depends on.
MEET
MATTHEW BOGGAN, MBA
Matthew Boggan is a business executive, community leader, and public servant with a demonstrated record of leadership in business, nonprofit organizations, and civic engagement throughout Southwest Florida.
Matthew serves as Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Coast Agency and has built a career focused on organizational leadership, strategic planning, public affairs, and community development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the Florida Gulf Coast University Honors College, and later earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University. Matthew is also the founder of Stix Sushi & Seafood and Zen Fusion Restaurant Group.
A dedicated advocate for community involvement, Matthew currently serves on the Board of Directors of East Naples Civic & Commerce, serves as Vice President of the Naples Reagan Club, and is a Precinct Committeeman for the Collier County Republican Executive Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Autism Collier Resource Center, is a Board Member of Naples Better Government, and remains actively involved in numerous charitable and civic initiatives throughout the region.
Matthew's leadership and community service have earned regional recognition, including being named a Gulfshore Business 40 Under 40 honoree in 2024, a Business Observer 40 Under 40 honoree in 2025, and Best Buddies Champion of the Year.
As a candidate for North Collier Fire Commissioner, Seat 4, Matthew is committed to supporting first responders, ensuring responsible fiscal stewardship, planning for the continued growth of North Collier County, and maintaining the high level of emergency services residents expect and deserve.
